Silicone vacuum bag method of manufacturing laminated glass procedure
+put a glass (flat or tempered ) on the horizontal template
+Put the Ethylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film on the glass, the thickness of the Ethylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film is depending on the glass you use and the square of the decorative interlayer you use.
+Put the other glass on the Ethylene-vinyl acetate EVA Interlayer Film.
+Use the high-temperature resistance tape to seal the pre-laminated glass. Put some wire net around the corners of the glass if you are not edging the glass, to avoid the sharp corners of the glass breaking the silicone vacuum bag.
+Use the silicone vacuum bag to cover the pre-laminated glass, and seal the silicone vacuum bag and start vacuuming.
+Checking the silicone vacuum bag to make sure the vacuuming is totally well, and the pressure is less than -0.1MPA.
+ The pre-laminated glass is generally heated for 60mins in the glass laminating machine.
+ When cooling the laminated glass, remember that DO NOT STOP THE VACUUMING until the temperature is the same as the room temperature.
Notes: Using the high-temperature tape to seal the pre-laminated glass is to avoid the melted EVA FILM leaking from the pre-laminated glass and corrupt the silicone vacuum bag.
